What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Margaret’s Legacy, shipping times may be slightly different than you’re used to.
Because our products are shipped directly from our trusted suppliers, we save on storage and transport costs — allowing us to offer high-quality items at the best possible prices.
The average delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, your package may sometimes take a little longer than expected to arrive. We truly appreciate your patience!
If the estimated delivery period has passed and your order still hasn’t arrived, please contact us at info@margarets-legacy.com, we’ll gladly look into it and update you on your shipment status. You can also follow your own tracking status on our page which you can see over HERE.
How can I return or exchange my order?
To request a return, simply contact our customer service team at info@margarets-legacy.com.
Please include your full name, order number (for example: #0000), and the reason for your return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send you the return address and confirmation. You can then ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
What are the return costs?
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
The exact amount depends on your chosen courier — please check their website for current shipping rates.
What are the conditions for returning my item(s)?
You have 30 days to return your product after receiving it.
To qualify for a return, please make sure that:

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
That shouldn’t happen! Please check your spam or junk folder first.
If you still can’t find it, email us at info@margarets-legacy.com with your full name and the email address used at checkout — we’ll resend your confirmation right away.
Can I cancel my order?
Need to cancel your order for any reason? No problem — just contact us as soon as possible at info@margarets-legacy.com.
Please include your name, order number (for example: #0000), and the reason for cancellation.
If your order hasn’t yet been shipped, we’ll cancel and refund it immediately.
